Neteam Solutions offers 2 different types of service contract.
Neteam PBH - Prepaid Block of Hours Service Plan.
The Neteam PBH plan is a prepaid block of hours that you can use however you wish. As you neesupport, we will deduct hours from your pool of available hours. These hours can be used for any Neteam
Service, whether it is for Information Technology, Software Development, Phone System Programming
or any other service Neteam Solutions offers.
Neteam PMH - Prepaid Monthly Hours Service Plan.
The Neteam PMH plan consists of prepaid monthly service hours used for technical support and monthly
maintenance. This plan is ideal for giving your employees technical support as well as having your
network maintained on a monthly basis.

What these plans include?
Initial Network Setup / Configuration – Prior to Enrollment
(Additional fees may apply)
- LogMeIn installed on all machines for secure remote support access by Neteam Solutions.
- Network IP Reconfiguration switch to 10.x.x.x type network to avoid VPN Network Conflict.
- All PC’s will be labeled and using a uniform naming convention.
- All PC’s will have a PXE 2.1+ compliant network card to support network boot, so that we can
install a Ghost Cast server to store PC images, for rapid reloading of PC’s. DVD Ghost CD’s
with images will be second alternative.
- All PC’s will be upgraded to Windows XP Service Pack 3 or later.
- All routers will have remote management enabled for the Neteam Network
- Lock down and secure any wireless networks.
- All Desktop will be configured to use automatic updates and reboot weekly automatically.
- Windows Update Service will be installed on server to streamline Windows updates.
- No default / blank passwords will be left on any network device.
- Secure passwords will be assigned to all network users.
- All servers will have a Monitor / Keyboard & Mouse.
- Automatic scheduled weekly hard drive defragmentation.
- Login scripts and group policies created on your server to ensure all network recourses are
available to all network users.

BASIC – Included on all Plans
- 4 Hour Response Time.
- Support priority over clients without service agreements.
- Remote Monthly Monitoring of the following:
- Virus Definitions and Antivirus Subscriptions.
- Backup Logs and Error Reports.
- Windows Updates and Program Updates.
- Defragmenter Scheduled Monitoring.
- Hard Drive & Raid Integrity.
- Network Monitoring. – Remotely monitor of critical server resources.
- Network Service Availability.
PREMIUM – (Additional Fees Apply)
- A DNS Name will be setup to identify your network via your domain name. Ex.

- Monthly Network Security Audits.
- Remote Offsite Backup Services for Server & PC’s.
