If it is after hours, your request will be responded on the next business day. If you require immediate assistance after hours, please select 'After Hours Support' under Issue Urgency and a technician will be paged to assist you. Please note that if you do not have a service contract agreement with Neteam Solutions an emergency service fee of $200.00 will be billed if you decide to use this feature.
If you are a Service Contract Client and need support after hours, will handle the situation according to what is defined in your service agreement.
